Patient Survey 2013-14

 

Please see below our patient survey results which was carried out in June 2013.  Our patient panel assisted in developing the questions, which ensured that all appropriate areas were covered that were important to our patients.  As you will see there are some very encouraging results and positive comments.  If you completed a questionnaire - thank you on behalf of the GP partners for taking the time and giving honest feedback.
